• Email address (required) - to deliver the download link
• Name and company name (optional) - for the invoice
• Payment details - processed by Mollie (we do not store bank details)
• IP address - for fraud prevention

3. How we use your data

• Processing and delivering your order
• Generating and sending the invoice
• If you have given consent: sending updates about new publications

4. Retention periods

• Invoice data: 7 years (legal obligation)
• Email address for newsletter: until you unsubscribe
• Other data: maximum 2 years after purchase

5. Third parties

We only share your data with Mollie B.V. (payment processing). Mollie is a Dutch-based payment service provider regulated by DNB. We do not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics or social media trackers.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. Please contact us via the email address on the website.
